More Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property layouts for the financier's personal tropical island included in the images.

Additionally contained in this recent document disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a notes section identifying various sections of the property.

In addition to this are what seem to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for dock shelters.

Further materials disclosed as part of the continuing oversight process.
