The assault resulted in the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport where 21 people were injured by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, as stated by police.

A man, 24, was arrested in the Lambeth area for suspected robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals are still being held, authorities confirmed.

These detentions follow an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, two women were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was one of the those hurt during the incident. Five people were taken to the hospital for medical care and have since been discharged.

Officers arrested a 31-year-old man for suspected robbery and assault near the scene. He was subsequently released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Authorities were called at approximately 08:10 GMT following reports of several individuals injured by an irritating chemical believed to be pepper spray.

The attack - which police said was isolated and not being treated as an act of terror - caused delays to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking facility for a short time.
